We built Meno and You specifically for women in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause who are looking for honest, support to reach their daily protein goals whilst also maintaining their muscle mass and bone and joint health. Clinical research shows that taking low molecular weight collagen peptides daily when combined with an active lifestyle you help to support your bone density and maintain your structural support as we all want to age strong and independent women.

Think of it as structural support from the inside out. Meno and You delivers pure hydrolysed Type 1 and Type 3 collagen peptides that are low molecular in weight ensuring that the whole amount is absorbed by the body. It's designed to align with the research on bone and joint support for menopausal women. Plus, it gives you an easy 12grams of clean protein per scoop to help with hitting daily protein needs.

Yes! Because our collagen is hydrolysed (which means the proteins are broken down into tiny peptides), it is highly bioavailable and gentle on the stomach. It dissolves easily and gets to work quickly.

Add into your favourite food or drink — hot or cold. Your choice to use the amount you want to add. You can divide your daily 15g into smaller servings and use a couple of times throughout your day. Add to coffee, tea, yoghurts, soups or whatever you choose. It's up to you, go wild and try it in lots of different ways. It's unflavoured and dissolves when stirred in.

We recommend one 15g scoop or sachet per day. This delivers 12grams of pure protein and more than covers the daily amount used in the clinical studies for structural support.
